These two capsules are not intended to be taken at the same time. Taking both together would mean roughly 1,050mg of caffeine in a single sitting — far above safe single-dose guidance for essentially all adults, regardless of tolerance. Take one capsule per occasion, at least 24 hours apart, and never combine with other caffeine sources. The 750mg capsule is intended strictly for experienced users with a confirmed high tolerance. Not recommended for caffeine-sensitive individuals, pregnant or nursing women, or anyone under 18.
